ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Medicion Technician Belmont Village, you will assist residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community with their daily medicions, monitor their responses and maintain accure electronic medical records under the supervision of a licensed Nurse. You will support our licensed nurses with administrive tasks as needed. This is an excellent position for candides who aspire to someday be a licensed nurse. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer Medicions and Provide Personal Care: Follow physicians orders and community guidelines for administering routine medicions and providing assistance with ADL care as needed

  • Documention and Reporting : Maintain accure medical records and report any reactions or medicion refusals to the licensed nurse.

  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Take resident vital signs and observe any responses or side effects.

  • Shift Communicion: Attend shift meetings and upde nursing staff on resident conditions.

  • Customer Sisfaction: Work collaborively with a team to ensure the highest quality care and services are provided resulting in overall customer sisfaction

  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all resident rights, ste, and federal regulions, including infection control, fire safety, and hazardous merials guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility

  • C.N.A. License in stes where required

  • Current Medicion Technician or Aide Certificion in stes where required

  • Must be able to communice clearly in verbal and written English

  • Intermedie computer and mobile device skills

  • Professional, pleasant and team oriented titude

  • Consistent and reliable tendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operion of the community
