Are you passionate about art, music, photography, or yoga? Ready to inspire others while pursuing your creative passion? Mozaic (A Chapter or Arc NY) is looking for dynamic, creative individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals at Spotlight Studios in Auburn, NY!

At Spotlight Studios, we celebrate self-expression through art, music, and much more. Whether you're a talented musician, an inspired artist, or a mindful yoga enthusiast, you'll have the chance to share your gifts while helping others discover their own. You'll foster an environment where people with disabilities can perform, create, and explore talents they never knew they had with the guidance of your creative talents. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll also help people access community resources, educational programs, vocational opportunities, and recreational activities.

Direct Support Professionals provide essential daily support, assisting with transportation, and personal care while ensuring that care plans, medications, and guidelines are followed with precision and attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with some planned evenings and weekends

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour + based on experience!

Location: 180 North Street, Auburn, NY

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications:

Knowledge of the arts, music, technology, and creative teaching skills

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimally one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required.

A Valid NYS Driver's License is required.
