Overview: Our team is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide consistent private duty care focused on patient support, safety, and comfort. This position involves assisting individuals with daily living needs and maintaining a safe, structured care environment. The role offers a steady weekend overnight schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Position Offers:

• Friday through Sunday, 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM schedule
• Competitive compensation: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care needs
• Provide mobility assistance, positioning, and physical support

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Assist with routine care tasks, including medication support as applicable
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Communicate with care team and family as needed
• Maintain patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in Nevada required
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare or caregiving experience
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to provide hands-on patient care
• Understanding of patient safety and confidentiality standards
