Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

22 months of Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Circulating experience in endoscopy and ortho requested.

Required Credentials:- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:- RTO must be listed at time of submission.- Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network; must have left in good status if former employee.- Must live within 30 mins of the hospital for call.

Unit Details:- Operating room RN circulator position.

Shift & Scheduling:- On-call required, typically 2 days a week plus some weekends on rotation.- Weekend call rotation Friday 0630-0630 Monday.- Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Floating Requirements:- May float between units per unit needs and to Providence facilities based on skill sets, including Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
