Caregiver / Direct Support Professional Full-Time & Part-Time

Right Choice Homecare LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support adults with dementia, developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and other specialized care needs in a home-like setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing assistance
Meal preparation and medication reminders
Monitor and document resident behaviors and daily activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Accompany residents to appointments and community activities
Follow individualized care plans and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS
Caregiving, CNA, DSP, CBRF, AFH, home care, or healthcare experience preferred
Passion for working with individuals with dementia and special needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation; valid drivers license preferred
Ability to pass a criminal background check
High school diploma or GED preferred
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
CNA, DSP Training, CBRF Certifications
First Aid & CPR
Medication Administration Training
Dementia Care Training
