PRN resident caregiver

Resident Caregiver (PRN with Opportunity for Part-Time or Full-Time Employment)

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Resident Caregiver to join our adult group home team. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time role for the right candidate.
Flexibility is required. Applicants must be willing to participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications:
CBRF certification/training preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
Ability to pass a caregiver background check
Ability to complete a TB skin test
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Medication administration
Meal preparation and cooking
Housekeeping and laundry
Documentation as required
Providing companionship, support, and social engagement with residents
Assisting with maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

About Our Home:
This is a low-acuity adult group home environment. Residents are highly independent and require minimal physical assistance with activities of daily living. The role focuses primarily on supervision, support, medication administration, and fostering a positive living environment.

Hourly wage: $11.50/hour
Shift times: 7 to 7 or 7-3/3-11/11-7
No driver's license or CNA license is required.
Experience is a plus but will train and offer 8 hours of continuing education after 6 months.
