RN Manager - Emergency Services at Providence Medford Medical Center is 1.0 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.
The Director of Emergency Services, Clinical Decision Unit and Trauma provides leadership to these departments, as well as direction and guidance in planning, program development, quality management, re-design and re-organization, team development and operational efficiencies. The Director participates as a member of the Leadership Council, promotes collaboration with other hospital departments, and reflects the Providence Health System philosophy and mission.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years of experience at the supervisory/nurse manager level.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Upon hire: Emergency Nurse Certification
- 5 years of experience in Emergency Services.
