Recreation Aide CNA

University Center is seeking energetic & passione Per Diem Recreion Aides for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

DUTIES:
Implement activities programs for Residents; focus on individual interests
Work directly with Residents on units; without direct supervision
Organize and obtain supplies and equipment as requested
Assist recreion specialists & set up program areas as needed
Keep daily tendance and document residents participion in activities
Assist residents to program locion and return residents to approprie units
Be familiar with established emergency procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
Positive titude and energy is a must!
Experience with activities in a healthcare settings or college work in recreion therapy
Previous experience with Geriric populion preferred
Strong computer skills necessary
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Strong organizional & planning skills; ability to multi-task
Some weekends required
CNA license as well
