Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to residents in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, dementia care, and memory care.

Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior
- Help residents with mobility and transferring, including lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow established care plans and assist with medication reminders
- Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity

Requirements
- Experience in nursing home or long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques
- Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
- First aid certification is a plus
- Familiarity with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and medical alert systems
- Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality protocols
