Overview:
Our clinical team is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support providers in delivering wound care services across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This role involves assisting with patient care, mobility support, and clinical setup while traveling with a provider to multiple care sites.

Position Offers:
• Monday–Friday schedule • Competitive Compensation: $24 per hour • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Off (STO) • Fuel card provided • Travel reimbursement • No charting responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist providers during wound care procedures at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities • Support patient positioning, turning, and mobility during treatments • Assist with wound care activities such as dressing and redressing support • Prepare and sanitize equipment and treatment areas • Provide assistance during clinical procedures including debridement support • Travel with providers between assigned facility locations • Maintain readiness to support patient care needs throughout the day • Ensure compliance with facility and infection control standards

Qualifications:
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license • New graduates or experienced CNAs welcome • Strong teamwork and patient care skills • Reliable and able to follow scheduled assignments
