Caregiver Part-Time (Weekdays) Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee

Location: West Allis, WI 53227
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday | 10:00 AM 3:00 PM
Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to support a client in their home. This role focuses on providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with bathing and showering
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with dressing and personal grooming
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands
• Prepare simple meals
• Support clients with incontinence care
• Help maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Assist with scheduling physician and laboratory appointments
• Provide mobility assistance and safely support client transfers as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Experience providing incontinence care is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to safely assist clients with mobility and physical support needs
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
• Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
• Non-smoker preferred for this assignment
