Elizabeth Residence in Franklin Oak Creek and New Berlin are hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for our Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) assisted living home for all shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd). Position Summary:Caregivers assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, safety, and independence in a home-like environment.
Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
* Medication administration (CBRF certified or willing to obtain)
* Monitoring resident safety and well-being
* Light housekeeping and meal support
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
* Ability to pass background check
* Experience preferred but not required
* Willingness to complete required CBRF training (paid training available)
