Caregiver Part-Time (Weekdays) Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53209
Schedule: 4 days per week | 1:00 PM 4:00 PM
Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client with behavioral health support needs. This role requires patience, strong communication, and the ability to provide consistent cueing and assistance with daily living activities in a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance and daily living support
• Offer consistent cueing and supervision throughout care tasks
• Assist with mobility support and safe transfers as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Support laundry (off-site laundry duties)
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive home environment

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and physical support needs
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to follow a care plan and provide consistent support and cueing
